During the 27th Annual Educators Banquet, Dr. John David Arnold was recognized by the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) Council 1057, in partnership with the Southern Arizona Institute of Leadership (SAIL), who has been actively involved in our community providing educational assistance to our youth and motivating them to realize that education is the key to success and that their number one goal is to graduate with the Soldado de Cuero Lifetime Achievement Award.
