Commitments from socially responsible investors are sought through subscription agreements in amounts ranging from $100,000 to $2,000,000 to provide loan and grant funds. The major form of the investment will reovide repayment within 7 to 10 years with a low competitive fixed rate of interest. Investors may devote funding to provide Capacity Building grants for administrative and project development costs.
