Joni
came from Seattle, Washington. Her professional
backgrounds are in the areas of federal, state
and tribal governments; housing development, finance
and community development. Joni has the major responsibility
in administering the day-to-day implementation
of the USDOL Emergency, Temporary and Permanent
Housing, US HUD SHOP Program, the USDA Farm Labor
TA, Mutual Self-Help and CHDO TA Programs. Joni
also provides environmental assessment, packaging
of environmental review, prepare environmental
review for RROF, provide project TA in all areas
of housing development for all federal, state and
local grants. She has also, coordinated and underwritten
capital financial packages of all SHOP projects.
She provides capacity building for all affiliates,
administration of programs, and evaluates policy
and regulatory compliance.

George
has over 30 years experience in design of residential,
commercial, and industrial projects. He has worked
with non-profit housing developers and Tribal housing
authorities developing and building affordable, energy-efficient
homes. Certified for housing development and modernization
from NAIHC and is well versed in HUD and NAHASDA regulations.
George is a licensed general residential contractor
in the State of Arizona. Responsibilities at PMHDC
include assisting in the development and administration
of policies and procedures established to improve the
housing conditions of low-income rural in Arizona through
education, technical assistance, training and loan
fund assistance to non-profit organizations, government
agencies and other organizations.

Tom
has over 20 years of experience in leadership
and all-encompassing managerial accountability.
He has successfully led various Project Management,
Housing Development and Administrative operations
in achieving non-profit public, academic and
private sector goals. Tom has earned his Bachelor
of Science in Applied Science from Miami University
and a Master of Business Administration from
the University of Phoenix. He has directed
multi-million dollar residential and commercial development
projects, construction and project management,
in both direct and consulting roles. Tom has
received multiple awards in Project Management.

Jillaine comes to PMHDC-Housing with
extensive experience in office management and administration
in the construction industry. She has worked
for some of the largest and most successful construction
companies in Minneapolis / St. Paul. Jillaine
also co-owned a catering company with her sister in
the Minneapolis / St. Paul areas. Jillaine has
a Bachelor of Science in both biology and theology
from Augsburg College. Jillaine
is the Office Manager and the Executive Assistant to
the Executive Director, Ms. Jeanne Shaw.
