Chief Administrative Officer
Gina K. Judy, Chief Administrative Officer for PPEP, Inc. ENCOMPASS, brings over 20 years of experience and advocacy for individuals with developmental disabilities to PPEP, Inc. Ms. Judy holds a Masters of Arts degree in Organizational Management and is internationally recognized as one of the leading experts in individualized program development for individuals with unique challenges. She has developed and implemented a wide variety of services for individuals in rural communities that have been recognized as model programs in the field of developmental disabilities.
Previous experience as the Executive Director of the Tulsa Advocates for the Rights of Citizens with Developmental Disabilities (previously the Tulsa Association for Retarded Citizens), has given Ms. Judy an excellent foundation to continue her strong advocacy role for children and adults with developmental disabilities here at PPEP, Inc. and throughout Arizona.
Ms. Judy is passionate about creating programs and services so that all individuals can live satisfying lives in their own communities. With a strong belief that everyone belongs, Ms. Judy fosters ongoing improvement and enhancement in services rich in uniqueness, mobility, diversity and choice.
